Military satellites over the Philippines

On 21 October 2026, working military satellites of 17 countries were predicted to pass over the places in the Philippines where UCDP recorded fighting this year: 351 passes by 280 satellites. China's made the most: 198 passes by 152 satellites. A country's satellites over itself are not counted.

UCDP recorded 91 deaths (best estimate) in 32 events of state-based armed conflict in the Philippines between 1 January 2026 and 29 August 2026.
