Military satellites over Yemen

On 21 October 2026, working military satellites of 16 countries were predicted to pass over the places in Yemen where UCDP recorded fighting this year: 307 passes by 261 satellites. China's made the most: 167 passes by 134 satellites. A country's satellites over itself are not counted.

UCDP recorded 1,737 deaths (best estimate) in 225 events of state-based armed conflict in Yemen between 1 January 2026 and 10 September 2026.
